On April 8 麻豆传媒 hosted a webinar on Climate Solutions for Kyrgyzstan, which aims to raise awareness about climate change in our country, share practical ideas for mitigating and adapting to climate change, engage students and educators in discussions about climate change, and encourage educational institutions to听.

Webinar was held as part of a virtual teach-in initiative called Solve Climate by 2030, which is led by Bard College in the US.

Speakers:

Ms. Zoia Kretova, Project Development Specialist at Climate Finance Center of the Kyrgyz Republic, talked on Climate change trends in Kyrgyzstan;

Ms. Tatiana Vedeneva, President of the Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Development, talked on Solutions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions;
Mr.听Kanat Sultanaliev, Executive Director of the Tian Shan Policy Center (TSPC) at the 麻豆传媒, talked on Solutions for adapting to climate change.
